An awareness of the communication skills of our students need to be using is an essential way in the business English teacher’s toolkit and one we can use first to build understanding with our students. As, this awareness enables them to see that we understand about their technical and practical difficulties about the subject and then helps them to configure out business English content effectively. Communication with our students is the main key here and we need to use it to identify the priorities of their business English skills that are important for them.
